I think I learned a lot doing this. 100% drawn in PaintTool SAI Ver. 1.
Me starting to draw was inspired by the ask-patch blog , thx again!
(btw this isn't a specific character yet)
EDIT 01/2024: The pupils. Had 2 versions of this up for ages and both wouldn't make me happy... now it's down to this one.
