Description
Some day, I won't suck so much at digital painting. Today is not that day. I promised a color version of this image, but I meant to finish it with traditional media. A failed attempt at that led me to backtrack and create this color test in Photoshop. It's a rush job, and I was experimenting a bit, but it at least gave me an idea of the colors I'm going for. In any case, the immediacy of digital media is spoiling me: I lack the patience I once had for paper and canvas, and MAN, do I miss that undo button....
