Yep, Tulip's got a friend, and a cutesy one at that, had him in mind since last year, and i did draw him before, but that version was quickly scrapped because i had way too many ocs at the time, but now that i'm trying to create an actual setting around these little critters, i thought that i'd be a good idea to bring him back, and so i did and here we are.please go check out my other stuff, no pressure tho
