This is a reference sheet I now did recently of my other Raccoon character Spencer Starlight my gay raccoon that controls anything that has the element of water like Glaciers of ice, blood, and water and a note side about Spencer he has been captured by The Shadow King when he was a child and then used as a puppet against the rovers but was later freed and became a Road Rover with a whole new different suit with Blue collar and belt and red leggings and sleeves as the suit can withstand even the coldest and powerful ice and snowstorms love status well he’s pretty much taken as he’s already dating a Canomutant named Snuggles but he pretty much keep it secret from the other Road Rovers so they won’t find out but later they found out some were not ok with that idea but some did liked the idea of Snuggles teaming up with them to spy on Parvo and Alex Klaw and that insane robotic clone
