Captain Blackmuzzle is Ruff's ghost pirate ancestor responsible for the theft of the Ruffman Family Treasure belonging to the queen of England. What was that treasure? Why a bejeweled tennis ball, of course. What else? Stolen treasure aside, Fetch has gotten a little dark, hasn't it? Ruff getting occasional visits from the ghost of his pirate ancestor on a haunted pirate ship? Now that's creepy. I didn't know Ruff's ancestors could return from the dead. So far, he appeared in only two episodes from the show. Once in season 3 episode 14, and once in season 4 episode 1.
