...Okay, so I semi stole the title from 300.. Well, the 300 soundtrack, anyway....

This is a WIP. It is an extremely emotional piece for me... Tlaloc has been "stabbed in the back", represented by the arrow. She knows that she must put her trust in the gods now, and she sacrifices her heart to them, removing it before it becomes tainted by the lies and betrayal that are infused in the arrow....This is an extremely painful process for her, but she does not die. Nor is she alive anymore.... She is a high priestess, and she exchanged her mortality for servitude to Tlaloc, her patron god.

This is representative of what I'm going through right now.
