cs6. it is a little difficult at first.
but there are many tutorials here and on youtube that helped me
it may do some good for you too

Haha. I use CS5. I tried using it, but I can't find any good shading tools. Blur and smudge aren't that great.

do you mean the burn and dodge tool? those work fine
for me,using the actual pen tool for shading works best

Oh, I often use that. Haha. But how do you not get so lazy and still do shading? I just use the bucket tool :3

Wow. I get so lazy on acceries, like scarves, Lucy's, Gray's, and Natsu's belt. I even go lazy on Lucy's keys and Fleuve d'étoiles. I suck so much. Haha. By the way, I can't stop adoring at your profile picture. So kawaii *-*

id say that clothing lines and hair take more effort
also,if you also want your shading to be shown, i dont think you should blur it
