I did this, I think, about 3 years ago. I made this into a t-shirt transfer. The character is Sakura Shinguchi from Sakura Wars.I just found it on my hard drive and decided to share.
Drawn and inked traditionally, then added color and the rest in Photoshop.
Sakura is © Sega and her creators. (Not sure who at the moment)
