So, one of the things I'm better at when it comes to characters is concepts. But normally I don't have as much luck when it comes to fleshing them out.

Anyways, this picture came from a character concept I've been playing around with.
I can probably explain it more at a later date once I get more of a solid reference.

Fun information though, the original sketch was done on a couple different layers that were then merged and cleaned up.
Something very different than what I normally do.
