Not too much was changed with her design except for the whole 'her hair is devouring her' thing, but that's neither here nor there. (Seriously though, it's like Rainbow Power is the best hair volumizer in the world. Rarity is practically drowning in her mane.)
Once again pretty low quality just because I may sell these as prints in the future.
And this is not entirely finished, I am just unsure where to go from here.
