Description I was planning to do a "Cheshire Cat vs Cheshire Cat" picture, similar to my Alice vs Alice piece. And I was thinking about that today, and I started to draw this (the Cheshire Cat from American McGee's Alice video game if you didn't know). This was off the top of my head.. I didn't have any reference pics with me to go from, so there's a few things missing. The main thing probably being the tattoo-type markings. Anyway, it's just a sketch.. just to get the basic look down, but I think it turned out rather well.. which is why I'm posting it here now.

Very cool. I really your twist on it. Great lighting, and I love the pose. It gives him an extra little sassiness, more than in the game. I'm eager to see a finished one.

The sketch looks great. And it's spiffy the way it's half done... kinda looks like it has a cool perspective to it, though that's only IMO.

i dont know about that neck..doesn't strike me as a spine pushing through the skin. but the rest is hot

Very nice, I like the lighting effect making it look like a bright light from the left. Also I really like the shading on the tail. I think it might be better if you tried to do the shading strokes going all one way instead of crossing, but then again maybe not.

Overall, great job.
