OK, here's the deal.. read this journal entry of cynic's before you read this comic.. coz it was based off that for the most part. In fact, while you're there read some of his other journal entries.. they're hilariousIn cynic's panels here I sucked a lot of the colour out as an homage I guess, to his movie icons. I don't think I really emphasized it enough in some parts.. but I think you get the idea.
So anyway.. the whole 'rounding up help' plot continues. Someone made a comment on the last one that I was dragging it out too long.. which was one of my fears when I wrote it all up. But I figured this was a nice way to get more cameos in. You'll just have to bear with it while it lasts ;D

Whoa. That was a big surprise. I login and notice my pageviews had jumped more than usual. Yet I couldn't find any trace of why people had visited my page. No new user comments and only 1 more journal comment. I figured it was a fluke until I took a look at my devwatch and saw my name on the title of this comic. Then I followed the link to my journal to see about 20 people had commented on that entry.
I really do love everything about this comic. I donβt have anything to say in the way of a critique. Everything is perfect: the colors (which not only fit the style of my icons but fit my actual tastes as well), the very animated struggle, the fact that the yard next to mine is bright green and I have a gray tree, and the trip down the stairs (which is much more dramatic than just falling over the same chair). Well done. This is now THE coolest piece of work on dA in my opinion. Right now I have the biggest smile on my face, even if everyone is laughing at your great portrayal of my painful struggle against that indestructible shirt.
So thanks for including me in your comic series. I feel almost as if you've immortalized me in DA history. And thanks for plugging my journal as well.
