It's a pretty cool image and you've accomplished what you were trying to do nicely.. He looks creepy though.. Hanging out in the shadows.. Reminds me of a stalker

I think just a very slight glimour on the eye in the shadow would add a lot of atmosphere.
This is an excellent experiment, love the lighting style in addition to your normal style.

You are a great artist. If only I learned how to draw with my hands and not my computer. I have some great ideas, just never became artistic with pencil, paints, airbrush, whatever.
