Very nicely done. I like your subdued color style, it's very calm yet expressive. I also like how you drew him in a half cartoony half realistic way. You don't see many people who can strike a good balance between those two styles but you have done a very exceptional job at it. You even drew the symbol in the background! Lelouch looks just like he should, calm, serious, yet determined. You've really brought him to life. Great piece.
Side note: He's my most favorite fictional character period so it's a good thing you didn't mess up on him. ^_^
