Chimchar, Monferno and Infernape are next. I feel like this is the line that most people started with because of the extreme lack of fire types in Sinnoh. They do this despite the first gym being a rock type gym. There are too many of those. Luckily, it evolves into a fighting type, giving it a... fighting chance. Sorry. Bad pun... Also, it's not so creatively a fighting type... We already had Combusken and Blaziken... then we get it AGAIN in the net gen... What is with this combination of types?! I feel like they wanted to go that route in gen 7, but caught themselves. Anyway, I don't really have any stories about this line. It did get a lot of attention in the anime though. Enjoy!

Edit: I noticed that I forgot to color Infernape's irises. I fixed that today. (11/01/2023)
