Dewpider and Araquanid are next. Now, the thing that always enters my mind first when I think of this line is Dewpider's name's pronunciation. Particularly in the anime. They pronounce it Dewpidder. I pronounce it Dewpyder. You know, because it's Dew and Spider. Dewpider! The anime makes it sound like stupider or Jupiter. But it's dew and spider! C'mon, anime! This isn't the only example of this. I've already talked about Flabebe and Skiddo. Anyway, I've held a small grudge against Araquanid. You see, in Pokemon Ultra Sun, I went into the second totem Pokemon expecting Wishiwashi again. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when it turned out to be an Araquanid instead. I didn't bring Pokemon who'd be good against bugs and suffered for it. Ah well. I did manage to beat it, but it was a struggle. Anyway, I hope you like.
