So this is something I had since I really love this shapeshifting penguin from the Doctor Who comics named Forbisher who I made him a mobian in the Sonic universe as he's a time travelling penguin who took cues from the sixth Doctor by the blue coat (Not the colourful outfit he's known just to make him stand out) and curly hair that would make him a different incarnation from his orignal counterpart.

But I digress he's a shapeshifting penguin, he can do whatever he wants even he loves his iconic penguin form that I adore. I don't own rights to Doctor Who.
