- The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of How Times Changed -Y'know how when you grow up, your attitudes about certain things change? Well Link knows.
Link actually accepted Saria's ocarina without any gripes, but later replaces it with Zelda's ocarina. Whatever happened to Saria's ocarina? Its whereabouts are forever unknown

I think I would have preferred if they used the Fairy Ocarina instead of the Ocarina of Time in Majora's Mask. It least then we would know what happened to it.

So does Navi's species is not develop a face until it grows up? I just noticed Navi only gets a face in the bottom panel

We can assume Link held on to the Ocarina. I mean, it's a momento from his childhood friend whom he would probably never see again in his journeys.

The manga (I know, it's not official, but still) says that Ganondorf mistook the Fairy ocarina for the Ocarina of Time, and once he realized his mistake he crushed the fairy ocarina. Then again, if we assume that in the game Link never dropped the ocarina, thus Ganondorf never even seeing it, he probably did hold in to it.

I always felt bad for Saria in the game. I got the overall impression that Link was just ditching her in more ways than one.

I agree, Saria was link's bffaeaeae (Best Friend Forever And Ever And Ever And Ever), and then he went on his adventure, and then he just ditched her by pretty much falling in love with Zelda and Ruto!

Zelda? She just sent him back in time and made everyone forget him and all the stuff he did. The "you have to live your childhood" argument is bollocks when you're still the only kid without a fairy!
Also ruto is creepy fish girl. And plus Zelda would still be a princess and link a random kid who got into the castle. So the only other option would be malon.

Y'know how when Link first meets Ganondorf face to face, Ganondorf blasts him with a ball of magic? Then after that, you get the Ocarina of Time? I have a theory that when Link got hit with the blast, the Fairy Ocarina took most of the damage, ruining it beyond repair.

I have read it and I did enjoy the scene; BUT...I feel there's a problem with it. I'm pretty sure that Ganondorf could distinguish whether or not a crudely made Fairy Ocarina from the rugged forest was the "Treasure" of the Royal Family.
So I came up with my version as a means to sort of make the animosity towards Ganondorf a bit more personal for Link. I mean, the guy already murdered Link's would-be father figure (Deku Tree) and now he destroyed a gift from his best friend. I just like the feeling of that more.

The ocarina of time is some funny business. Creating three separate timelines. I don't believe game theory's suggestion of parallel universes. The ocarina must have caused about a hundred rips in the spacetime continuum.
