Let's just say that Mario's been through a lot and is tired after his adventure (hence the injuries) so he thought Rosalina was Peach. Well, they do look somewhat similar (That's what I thought when I first saw Rosalina, and I'm sure some of you thought that as well) But they do have their differences xD ..I dunno why Rosalina was in the same location as Peach, maybe Bowser finally kidnapped her too?
The moment when Mario finds out he has the wrong princess...

Or if you're referring to the other person, scienceunicorns101, okay, you're right, looking back at it, i did get mad first. but i said this over 2 years ago. i've grown up a lot over the time.

How's that even possible? Rosalina is so much older looking and mature than peach, even taller. And anyways, I did watch both parts, Rosalina could still be peach's mother given the fact that there's no way mario, luigi or peach could live 100 years and still be young. Rosalina is related to peach but could be the mother of the future Peach's since they're genetically related and has better chance of conceiving a child that looks like Peach and left her there in the Mushroom Kingdom, leaving her with Toadstool. Rosalina's mother could be a past peach but Rosalina is the mother of this Peach in this game at that time.
