Description
If you played/know about Super Mario Galaxy, you'll know that these floating things are "Lumas" and they're really attached to their 'mama' who is the blue dress lady (Rosalina).I just thought that Rosalina and Cythnia looked similar in ways (long blonde hair, have hair flap, tall woman figure, hot) so this idea sprang out of my mind.
And how did Rosalina transform? Well, she has a magic wand and it can do magical stuff.
An old comic dealing with Rosalina & her magical wand:

Rosalina's story book, the confusing ploty thing that was snuck into Mario Galaxy that Mario's creator didn't like and made sure was left out of Mario Galaxy 2, as he felt Mario shouldn't have depth.
It also confuses Mario *researchers*...who developed fan theories because of it that Rosalina is the daughter *timey whimey wise* of Peach and Luigi, and others to feel she is Peach's ancestor using virtually the same evidence...that comes from an extra in the game that is easily missed if you ignore wandering around talking to NPCs like an RPG and play the game more like a Mario game

I don't even know how they incorporated time-travel into all that. Rosalina's mother could just happen to have a similar taste in hairstyling as Peach. And perhaps Rosalina's time spent in space has made her into the mystical being that she is now, thus gaining a long lifespan.
...But then again, I don't even take Game Theory's wild leaps seriously. I mean, ever since they called Mario 10 feet tall...UGH.

I don't normally take Game Theory's theories seriously, but everyone seems to misunderstand that theory so hard. I don't know if MatPat delved too deep into temporal mechanics and the average viewer can't understand?
Basically, he's saying the Mario Universe beats like a heart, expanding and then contracting, destroying (almost) everything inside, then expanding and contracting, again and again endlessly. Each heartbeat is similar but not identical to the last. In a previous heartbeat, Peach married Luigi instead of Mario, and produced Rosalina. She then befriends the Lumas, the creatures that are basically the universe's pacemaker, so she's able to survive the end of the universe.
It's really wacky, but we do actually see a heartbeat happen - at the end of Galaxy 1.

Still seems like a wild leap. What happened at the end of Galaxy 1 still looks more like a continue of the universe than a reset.
