Nice technique on this, I always find it easier to work with a middle shade and go lighter and darker myself too. The green adds an interesting element since it is a background for everything.

Gawd, I so love this!! I just watched ESB again the other night, and this freakin' looks like a screencap off Dagobah! Astonishing use of light, it's so perfect, illuminating his hands, his feathery hair--his expression touches my heart...as it always seems to... Instant
