A grumpy Gem for most of the time anyone sees her, Peridot Facet-8G2 Cut-5AZ (or "Shellidot" later on) isn't like your typical Peridot, as she's the Secretary of the Shoal Court ... which she doesn't really like, as it's most likely a role for Pearls or Quartzes, not Peridots ! But she got used to it since ... so much that it's hard to get any emotions from her now.
She's mostly in charge of sending Lapis Lazulis into works, whatever they're from her Court or the others. It's not a necessary detour, but she always have terraforming works in her lens for whoever needs to 'entertain' themselves ! She can also send gems for oceanic researches, scouting and the likes. All thanks to her headset, shaped like a simple seashell, attached on her temple. From that, she receives orders from her Diamond, can see files of different jobs/gems and even have a hidden microphone in case she needs to respond back. But it's rarely used, so people doesn't know she actually has one...
When she's not just standing behind a desk, guiding Lapises ... she's behind a desk, ordering other Peridots ! She rarely can be assigned to be a technician executive, when machineries related to sea traveling is in repair/construction. These parts excites her way more than staying still, even if she have to stay back, and not actually make her hands dirty ... which she'd love to, but can't ...
