I made this for my Visual Communications course as a representation of what it's like when I'm about to go through a meltdown. I'm autistic so when I have a meltdown I lose all control of my emotions. It feels like the entire world is closing in on me, and that I'm just an observer watching myself. I feel apathetic, but I act irrational, aggressive, and depressed. Meltdowns are emotionally painful and everybody around me is either afraid or uncomfortable, they don't get to see who I really am, and that's the worst part about having them.
