Original piece I used as a guideline was two pics of Akitas,credit goes to that.Anyways here's a simple non shaded picture of Gin and his substitute Tokimune.Let me explain a few things before people light into me about Tokimune's color and scars.Firstly I prefer him this color,I don't want him to be a complete Gin clone.He's not completely blue by the way,it's a mix of grey and blue.I gave him amber-ish colored eyes so he'd be different.Weed hadn't meet his father so he couldn't tell the difference.Lastly,I made Toki's scars shorter because I doubt they were received by bears.Seems more likely they were done by a canine,probably Akame on purpose. Gin was hit by a bear so his scars are longer and a bit slanted,though I made them too slanted.So no critiques and if anyone whines "I don't prefer him this color..wahhh.." Then shove off.However,if you tell me the reason why then I might not be so harsh,depends on your reply.<<

No complaints here. I found it interesting in the Manga that not even Gin himself knew about Tokimune. Also it was likely Akame that gave Tokimune his scars so he'd be able to double as Gin.

They look nice! One thing though is that the coloring on Toki's tail looks a little off.

Yay, big poofy Akitas. I love the refernce you used. You my friend are an artist, the colors used here are very nice, not too harsh on the eyes.
I agree, this is how I see Toki too. You would think one of Gin's enemies would spot the differences
