SO! It's been a while since I've actually sat down and drawn her, hasn't it?

For those of you who don't remember, this is Lunoira, Novacorax's counterpart/adoptive sibling, and the Yeunese goddess of the night, the moon, and the stars. In addition, she is also the goddess of the ocean, aspirations and forgiveness as well as a guide to lost souls amongst the stars.
In old legends, it is fabled that the moon was once as bright as the sun, and illuminated the planet as the sun would have. However, it only illuminated one side, leaving the other pitch dark during a time known as "black hours". In this time, like her mother, Lunoira was a bright, creamy-white color. Upon saving and taking in Novacorax as a fledgling, however, he was incredibly weak and close to death, before Lunoira chose to sacrifice a great amount of her light energy, which is also the energy that provides her with life, to save his life. In doing so, her white coat (and thus the light of the moon as well) dimmed, turning her a dark navy coloration, with some remaining energy leaking out of her back to form nebula-like wings. When Novacorax recovered, he was able to transform excess energy he had been given into the sun, which shone as bright as the moon had done in the distant past, and illuminated the other half of the planet, creating daytime to complement Lunoira's newly-named "night".

I'd say the only things that have REALLY changed since the last time are that I decided to make her a bit more slim, made her neck more poofy, and decided that since her wings were partly inspired by images of bioluminescent plankton washed up on beaches , I wanted to make them actually look a bit more like that.
Well, and of course that it's been two years.

Eh, I'm not too happy with the background so I MAY change that eventually. Maybe.
