Well, at least I made it three days in a row. //sigh So, some really urgent school stuff came up on Monday and through yesterday and I had no personal time to do anything but work. i guess it couldn’t be helped //shrug I’m a little disappointed that I got derailed so quickly into this challenge, but you know what, I’m still going to do every single day, regardless. They WILL get done. >:Y
Picnicking was a tough theme for these two, since...food...but hey, roll with it, right? xD

Headcanon:
Not a particularly big or deep headcanon for this one. It's basically just fluff
Nicole really likes to read, while Shard wouldn't touch a book with a 20 foot pole of his own volition. He likes when she reads to him, though. Even after he introduces himself to the freedom fighters, he subconsciously does whatever he can to stay away from them- Sonic and Tails in particular- hence why he's not playing with them instead. Mostly because he still harbors a lot of guilt for what he did to them, despite making it right later on. Besides, he doesn't enjoy hanging out with anyone else as much as he enjoys being around Nicole, and the company is appreciated on both ends.
Shard also gets into the bizarre habit of braiding Nicole's hair. Even though Nicole could do it herself in a fraction of the time, she really appreciates the thought he puts into it. No one is supposed to know that, though. lol
