He is very intelligent for an evil reptilian deity with the power to use darkness and he breathes black darkness lightning from his mouth, he has been in slumber for 20,000 years, his reign didn't last long during the ice age, the White Dragon put Basilisk to sleep for 20,000 years. That is, until Alex's arch-nemesis Reptile awakens Basilisk from his 20,000 year slumber.

Basilisk's voice sounds like Sauron from Lord Of The Rings, and also, this evil entity is kaiju-sized, and has the same roar like Buraki from the Korean-American film Dragon Wars.
