A television monster supervillain who works under Mad Piranha Corps. He is their communications officer and likes to watch TV all the time. He is one of the higher ranking officers along with Hisster, The Skua, Dr. Kaiju and Mr. Null N. Voyyd, also being good friends the four. He likes to shout a lot and can do various impressions, as well as constantly shilling of how great TV is. Little is known about him at the moment, so will update when possible.

Abilities & Weapons: Can travel through TVs, can play TV in his screen face, has control over electricity, can gather signals from his antennaes, can fire a beam from his face by tweaking his antennaes

Trivia: Originally was named "Terror Vision".
