-Bio: The ruthless Space Pirate leader from Planet Zebes. He was the one who killed Samus Aran's parents in cold blood when she was three years of age. Years later, that three-year-old girl would grow up to become a bounty hunter. Since then, he has targeted her many times, but has often failed to do so.
-Ending: Having defeated Shao Khan, Ridley had thoughts of a rise to power. After consulting with Reptile, he decided to ultimately overthrow Mother Brain's rule over the Planet Zebes and the neighboring SR-388. With the new powers he absorbed from Shao Khan, Samus Aran was no longer a threat to his coup over Zebes. Is this really the end for the legendary bounty hunter?
-Intro: He holds a Metroid hatchling inside a glass tube, before revealing himself (via glowing yellow eyes) and roaring.
-Win Pose: He flies offscreen, and flies into the foreground, with the following wind destroying the camera.
-Other:
He's one of few characters who can jump more than once.
He's twice the size of Goro or Kintaro.
Most of his voice clips are carried from Super Smash Bros. Brawl, with some exceptions.
His cry from Super Metroid is used when he starts any Fatality.
His ribcage is the only body part affected by Rain's Bubble Burst, which references the origins of the Metroid franchise, the Alien Anthology.
His blood is a brighter shade of red, compared to the other red-blooded fighters.
A few of his cries are the monster cries from The Legend of Zelda for NES, only with a higher pitch.
Some of his voice clips are recycled from the Dinosoids from Turok 2: Seeds of Evil.
