Oh? What's this? Compa-chan out of nowhere?
Yes. I looked back on how I drew Compa years ago, and that alone convinced me to make a new (and sort of) better one.

I mean, there is two issues I personally have while making this: 1) the knitted sweater and how I had to put those textures on, and 2) her hair.
HER HAIR!!! I made more than 10 attempts to get it right, but it ended up looking too enlarged and distant from where the eyebrows are. Personally, that's always an issue for me. I always want to make sure the top of the head/hair isn't too far from where the eyes or eyebrows are. Otherwise it makes the character look like they have enough hair to cover their entire face or something.

Besides all of that, I hope you can call this an improvement. Even just by 1% of it compare to my first attempt.

As for the eyes, lately I've been seeing a few Japanese artist making those kind of eye-pupils. I thought of trying that style too.
If you don't like it, I can always switch it back to my usual style.

With the advent of a new Neptune game coming up (focusing on Virtual Youtubers), I can easily say that neither IF or Compa will be there. Maybe they can make it as DLC, but they'll definitely be cut-out of the main story just like Super Neptunia RPG. Seriously, Compile Hearts will never make a game where "Everyone is Here!".
