Some say that softball are for girls, real men play baseball.

They don't know the reality of softball. It is a sport that is as competitive if not more.

She was trying to slide into home that is guarded by a hefty catcher. She was not worried because she had be up against someone bigger. But little did she know that life is about to throw her a curveball.

She was running at her top speed towards the home plate and as she makes her slide with her foot, her left leg was somehow caught awkwardly during the slide. With her left leg out stretched, she heard two sickening snap. The catcher didn't hear that and tried to catch her with the mitt. The mitt made contact with her freshly broken leg and her scream could be heard for miles.

The catcher didn't mean to hurt her, it was just the heat of the game.

But her story didn't end here. After getting her X-ray, bone setting and cast. The nurse who was going to wheel her to her room forgot to lock the wheels and she fell down two flights of stairs breaking her right arm and rebreaking her freshly set leg again. The Doctor sentenced her to two months in both casts.

Her team's season has just begun.

She wants to see it through, so every game day, you will see her in the dugout, yelling, screaming and cheering for her team. I am sure you are going to come watch her team play for the coming months.
