Personality

Dawnshadow is known as a grumpy and harsh character- especially for a medicine cat. She's notoriously harsh towards most of the older cats in her clan, but especially kind to apprentices and kittens. Her den is a safe space for the vulnerable younger members of the clan, but older warriors should be wary of interactions with her.

History

Dawnshadow was originally named Dawnfire by Auroraclan, but after several years of defying the structure of Briarclan and objecting to the way they treat apprentices, one of the past leaders stripped her of her name and renamed her Dawnshadow. She has somehow managed to outlive several short generations of Briarclan cats. Though she is old enough to retire, she has managed to hold onto her position as medicine cat by refusing to train an apprentice until her old age.
