Description
Characters based on the Brian Herbert & Kevin J Anderson Dune novel series. Starting with the Titans Barbarossa in a scorpion format cymek and the former ruler of the Titan's Empire Agamemnon in a spider format cymek. Next, the ruler of the Synchronized Worlds the artificial intelligence Omnius who considered itself a god. It is flanked by a flying Drone and a handful of hovering Watch Eyes. Multiple units of these types of unit reported to Omnius as spies.
Small figures begin row two. First, the haughty inventor Tio Holtzman who implemented suspensor fields and force shields into the human League of Nobles. Then, the unparalleled genius Norma Cenza who designed the first space-folding ships. Last is the charismatic founder of the Space Guild Director Aurelius Venport.
Third row, the rogue titan Hecate. Hecate was the brutish Titan Ajax's wife before she fled Omnius's conquest of the Titan's Empire. Then, the Ginaz Swordmaster Nool Joret who led combat teams on raids of the machine ruled Synchronized Worlds. Then, a digital hologram of the strange Cogitor Eklo. His image, like some of the Titans, projected from his enormous mutated brain. Eklo lived on Earth for 1100+ years even under machine rule. Both the Titans and Omnius seemed to respect Eklo. The aforementioned Ajax enjoyed killing humans or crushing robots. A real psychopath. Last is a Neo Cymek - a cybernetic being employed as a biological technician on Terra.
The space ship at the middle of the last row is the primary Omnius update ship. The Dream Voyager travelled between the machines' Synchronized Worlds piloted by the robot Seurat and Vorian Atreides. It shuttled critical hardware components between each of Omnius's distant planetary wide consciousnesses. For example, Omnius Corrin became very important in the third book of the Dune prequel series.
The last characters on the bottom right are Gilbertus Albans who, after a life as a high level human trustee on Terra, founded the Mentat Institute to train humans to no longer need computers or thinking machines. Finally, Albans mentor, the cruel and powerful android Erasmus with Manion Butler. Erasmus was allowed independent thought by Omnius. He retained his individual consciousness for hundreds of years due to his insight and bloody ruthlessness. It is rumoured Erasmus survived long after Terra's destruction.
