This Feedback is sorta like the main one ... same DNA, though.
- However, this Feedback is more advanced ... that white spot on his brow that looks like a third-eye is really just an eye. Though he can't see out of it, he can sense any electric current by using his lower tails. Also those lower tails are only for transferring electricity from one item to another. Also for absorbing.

His hands and brow/upper tails are used for absorption/dispelling/redirection

If he were to ever mix the positive and negative (white and black) he might be able to bend the electro-magnetic side of things.
