Captain Cold + Penguin: Growing up as an only son, he saw how cruel the world could be not only towards himself but the citizens of Central Gotham. He'd be a "Robin Hood" in the making if only it wasn't for his lust for bloodshed. You see "Frosty" wanted to be the "Top Gun." Being the judge as he'd been judged, jury since no one fought for him (except his Mother) and executioner (if the time ever called for it to be so.) Though he's only killed in acts of uncontrollable rage. However it wasn't until he met his Sister (The Golden Crow) that he gave up his evil ways entirely and slowly became a hero or at least an "Anti-hero."

Golden Glider + Scarecrow: A young girl who was put out for adoption by her "father." Was held up in an orphanage as no one would want to take a chance at giving her a home. Thanks to this fearful experience she went into a dream-like state only to awake in a nightmarish-hellscape. There in her "mind" she'd experience all sorts of things (whether real or fake.) However in the physical world her body would emit an amber-like mist that allowed any beings that inhaled to experience hallucinations. What ever they thought or saw being happened to them would transfer to their physical bodies. When she awoke from the terrifying nightmares she found herself at peace as it was only a dream. Although overtime it happened more frequently and not to mention the owners at the orphanage were somehow mysteriously killed. She then became aware of her comas (although she was astral projecting) the more it happened and overtime began to control the leakage of her bio-fear toxin releases. She then made a "scare-glider" which was then given the name "Glider of Scares" as it emits the amber-like smoke. She then took upon the name of the "Golden Crow." Waiting for the rich people of Central Gotham to isolate themselves within the city doing whatever dirty deeds they do. Though she grew tired of wasting her skills on the rich scum and sought her eyes upon "Crazy Joe." A brilliant although troubled and often misguided teen. She stalked his bedroom window from across the street on a rooftop. There she shot a mini-RPG that would disintegrate upon impact of the glass leaving him to be torn upon the borders of waking from and going to sleep. Which this is one of the factors that turned the once kid loving toy maker into the world's most dangerous rogues. However when she became aware of her older sibling. She became only interested in what she finds worthy of her presence as he also became more of an Anti-hero than a straight-out villain like he'd always been.

Gregory Wolfe + Ra's Al Ghul: A troubled man with a god-complex. Then he became a "god." An Avatar of the Lords of Order. Gaining the power of Bio-kinesis, Weather Manipulation and Electro-kinesis. Flight, Superhuman Strength, Invulnerability. Healing and Telepathy all because he was found worthy of being empowered by the Divine. Though little did they know that they chose wrongly and the Lords of Chaos made a hero in their wake. He soon came across a pit that allowed him immortality for a time (until the well dried up.) This also granted him the power of magic, necromancy, resurrection, and power absorption. However due to the pact that he and his team made... he couldn't take the identity of the others if they were still alive.

Joker + Trickster: A brilliant but troubled kid. His childhood often made him hate his parents and jealous of other families who had kids that were proud of their parents. He identified as a child and therefore acted as such. Though that wouldn't stop him from finding someone he found as a "father" and being "proud" of him. He'd often make toys and etc. for kids around his age. The older kids weren't into his type of fun but the kids who were younger could grow into it. With every other invention came an adventure and with every adventure came madness. With this madness he too lost his mind and started to make his toys "dangerously fun." Having the time of your life may mean that you might just die.
