And poor Doror, he's the third forgotten brother XD

WOW! You have such a good sense of motion and colour. I think you handle colour pencils really well and I think you're well on your way.
In general, just take scraps of paper and experiment with different layers of colour and shading. Try shading simple objects with complementary colours, neutrals, analogous colours, etc. Google "Chiaroscuro", that's a shading technique useful for anything.
Like I said, you are well on your way. Good drawing and colouring skills here.
