Reformaths Concord (the capital is the Silvion-city) and Factorial, the main city is Ustram (two huge states, which share the continent Delcaria) have long been competing with each other for influence on the rest of the world. The last state to join the Concord due to aggression from its western neighbor, Factorial, was Ranglador, and this worsened Factorial's position as they now had to pay for the road to its eastern holdings overland. Following hostilities in the area north of Ranglador, the Factorial and the Concord reached an agreement. Its essence was that the area connecting the western and eastern Factorial is recognized as demilitarized, and the Factorial itself can use this area to transport goods from the western possessions to the east.

On the island of Gafra, after the end of the civil war and the overthrow of the local government, the Concord and Factorial are deploying their peacekeeping forces, although this only implies the intention to deploy their military bases here in the future, and neither side wants to miss this opportunity, given the favourable location of the island.

The last state to retain any kind of independence remains Kasvoz - the westernmost territory of one of the two southern continents, namely Western Halgria. On the one hand, Kasvoz is the most fertile land of both Halgrias, which allows them not to depend on food supplies from Delcaria, unlike their neighbours, who are much less fortunate, since most of the planet is covered by oceans, and most of the land is a rocky wasteland with rare oases of life - rocky forests. On the other hand, Kasvoz's own arsenal of nuclear weapons and their delivery vehicles allows him to stay away from the showdown between Factorial and the Concord.
