Description
Another practice piece, done in the same "style" as the improved Ephraim Animation.This one was mainly done to get a hang on moving arms around. Afterwards, I decided that flames would look cool as well...and then the eye looked kind of static...
The Character is Bill Cipher and belongs to Disney.
