Have you played the game "Silent Hill"? Anyways, it's a video-game of the horror-genre and this photo just made me think about that game. It kinda has the same atmosphere over it, I sure as hell wouldn't wanna be there

That's just about the most melancholy photograph ever. It's quite emotionally provoking. Nice work.

The duotone process has become a new favourite of mine - it adds so much warmth and expression to a black and white photo. The set-up here is beautiful - a powerful feeling of loneliness, isolation and calm at the same time, it's nice how the surroundings fade into the background as one single tone.
I want this on my wall

The colour of the mist and the line of the road are the most powerful features for me ...wow. Breathtaking

Whoa, great photo. I'd like it much more if there were no trees behind. But nevertheless, fascinating

I know that at first it is not clear why, but I cant help but think of Egon Shiele's lonely tree when I see this picture.

This is perfect, really. And the title is just right, it seems as if the fog absorbes all sounds of the world... beautiful.

Beautiful composition. The harmony of gentle creamy colours evokes a relaxing feeling yet at the same time it haunts the viewer at the same time.
