I Find this design interesting and funny. The character kinda breaks the tension... or I mean gives that comic relief feel. The design really works/flow in other outfits and the hair style is easy to recognize even in the smaller view of him behind a tree.

Sorry for ½ point off for originality but I can't help but see 1337 ninja from MegaTokyo I mean I hope you don't take it the wrong way if see it that way.

The style for the eye is really good and I'll give you full points on Technique! because its such a simple detail that makes drawing him a lot easier if other people were to attempt drawing this character as fan art. The same thing could be said about the headgear with the horns.

The only problem I have here is the shirt "Not a ninja" I mean I like the idea but at the same time I find it a bit tedious drawing over and over which I believe needs to be simplified. another thing about the shirt! it reminds me of Ace's tattoo but with more details which you wanna direct attention towards the face of the character's face then ease out through the rest of the body like the weapon sketch.

all in all awesome design!!! please tell me if there's any problems with my critiques o_o;;; please... I might need a critique of my critique! so I can make finer points in my observations.

I don't recognize him (I haven't been watching you that long; sorry), but he seems interesting. I'd definitely like to see more of him whenever you draw him again
