They're the same as Sonic and Amy! Garu always runs away from Pucca because she loves him so much and kisses every time. But Garu in some random episodes told her that he loves her! He already gave her red rose and other nice moments we could see in some episodes.
This is truly sonamy either! Sonic always runs away from Amy but he loves her as she loves him. Sonic is truly Garu; Garu is truly Sonic and either Amy is truly Pucca and Pucca is truly Amy!
