Wow! I envy you for being able to draw backgrounds like that!
Very good job in coloring and shadowing both the witch as well as the background, making it really realistic. Also the little details like the clouds in the streets or the runes and patterns on the witch are very nice to look at.
I also like how her skirt seems flutter in the wind and how she looks up as if someone had just called her name ^^ Keep going!
