It's called a nasty berry. After eating that berry, you'll get massive gas. Your belly will start gurgling so much. It might hurt, but in return, your burps and farts will be big enough to make the sky turn yellow. If you eat a lot of those, your burps and farts will be as hot at 440 degrees.

They can be found in a forest, but there is no need to get those. I grabbed a ton of those when I was trying some berries out in the forest. My stomach was gurgling when I ate that berry, so I grabbed a ton of them and took them at my gym.
