This is my first atempt to make a digital drawing

Hi. I am Toa Gatanuva. If I told you I was the toa of fun, I am sure you would not belive. And you are right. I don't look like a funny guy at all, but if you ask the matorans, they will tell you that since the toa of fun had to leave Mata Nui together with his Toa company, it has been rare that they have had a good laugh.

You have probably heard about the six Toas Tahu, Gali, Lewa, Onua, Kopaka, and Pohatu, and the humans Kenjii, Sonia, Ven, Ryu, Max, and Takeshi. Many believe that they were the first toa on Mata Nui, but Turaga Vakama has kept a secret away from the six Toa.

I was the leader of a Toa team consisting three Toa: Me, Tohkkan (Toa of arts), and one more which I cant remember the name on (she became a soul star early after our arrival), but she was the toa of sounds. We were the first protectors of Mata Nui, but there was no chronicler at that time, so there are no recordings of our existence.
We fought the infected Rahi in many years, but one after one, we fell. The Toa of sounds got killed, Tohkann got huge injuries, and was transported to Metru Nui. Before he left the Island, I gave him my promise to protect the island, no matter the cost. It did not took long time before I also fell. A Nui Rama dismembered my right arm, so I was unable to fight. I ran back to Ta-koro, where I was met by Vakama. I passed out some seconds after I arrived Ta-Koro.
When I woke up, I laid on a bed in a hut in Ga-Koro. When I got better, I went back to Vakama and told him that we, the one who should protect the island, had fell. The next day, I was transported to Metru Nui. Before I left, I said to Vakama: "Without us, there are no one to protect you. You must send out a new squad of toa to protect them.". I also told him not to say a word about us. "We will return one day."
In Metru nui, I was sent to Ta-Metru, where a matoran crafter fixed my dismembered arm (but only on my avatar being). He gave me an mechanic flamethrower, so I still could fight against evil. After some days, I met up with Tohkann, and he looked better than before. We settled down in The great temple. There we discussed between us if we should return to Mata Nui.
Both of us agreed, and after we had made all the evilness flee from Metru Nui, we traveled back to our home. We met up with the new Toa, and now we are once again ready to face evil.
