This scene is based in a fanfiction (in Spanish) made by where Pacha is in sorrow because he thought that a love of him with Kuzco is impossible because of the social status, the laws of the Incan Empire... everything.

At the point he said of the sun and the earth is because Kuzco is the son of Inti (God Sun), while Pacha born in the earth (as the son of Viracocha, creator of the world).
