Description
This female pose can be found in a few of my works, I'm quite fond of this shape so I always find myself tweaking and re-painting over the image.....Pencil, Ink, Watercolour painted over in PS, Painter . . . .

Absolutely outstanding, the darkness of the figure coupled with the bright sharp edges of the wings makes it really come alive on the paper.

Essentially I sketch out in pencils, ink my lines with both ink and pens (marker & ballpoint), sometimes adding a splash of watercolour here and there, normally as a backdrop to work over.
I scan in y works directly into PS to tweak, paint over and colour. I have a back catalogue of custom markings and paint marks I've made I like to use over my works in PS. I often then use Painter X to add more brush marks and tighten up the image. I always work in greyscale, the colour applied is digital.....
