I used to use Skype but don't much anymore for gaming I use Ventrilo, many people can talk in the same channel, excellent for co-op and teamwork . . . .
I'll have a few games of TF2 sometime sure

Well i use more skype, i like the intimacy, and we can have more friendly/close ppl.
Ventrilo is more for games and things like that, and if someone that you dont like joins you cant do nothing about it ><..
Had a really bad experiences in a clan, and i used to use it, no i just talk with my buddies on skype, its cool cuz everyone knows and likes everyone.
