Here's my second pass at Rosco, mascot for Southern Geekfest. Check out their FB page www.facebook.com/Southern-Geek… ;I used a few new techniques here - a little photobashing, some texture brushes, and some looser brush strokes. I've been watching a lot of concept art videos lately...not sure if I'm going to keep going in that direction, but it was definitely a fun experiment.
