I asked Feyre to get me one of our more expensive bottles of wine from out the back, she’d been gone a while and I have to admit I was worried about her. When I went to look for her I found her looking cute and confused. Apparently she’d forgotten what I asked her to find…

A New Friend
The tavern erupted into cheering and applause. The small cherry brown-haired girl smiled briefly before stepping down from the makeshift stage. Her demeanour seemed to change the moment the performance stopped. Whilst she sang she seemed powerful - somehow more alive. It was quite different from the meek, shy looking woman who was now approaching the bar. Pebble had never seen the woman before, though the inn had only been open a couple of days so new faces were the norm at this point. There was something about her though that caught Pebble’s eye. Perhaps it had been the performance itself - she had an angelic voice, very expressive and capable, anyone who dared follow her this evening would have a lot to live up to. The reaction of the other guests spoke for itself, everyone had loved the performance. An encore would surely be requested at some point.
