Description
Since Carl is an old friend of Elise Rainier and a psychic medium and demonologist, it would be nice if Carl meets Elise's brother, Christian in the Insidious and Sinister crossover movie, Insinister where the story takes place 2 years after Insidious: Chapter 2 and shortly after the events of Sinister, Christian, Melissa and Imogen move out of New Mexico and moved in to a new house in the United States so they can have a normal life, but one day, Imogen finds a box in the attic that contains a projector and reels of Super 8 film, each labeled as home movies. Christian goes to the basement and decides to watch them on his own. However, after he watched the murders of previous families including the Oswalt family murder tape all the way through, Christian becomes very disturbed and unsettled and decides to call Specs and Tucker so they can figure out who's the murder behind the camera operator on each Super 8 film. As Specs and Tucker arrive, they brought along Carl and told him that he was an old friend of Elise and talk about how he and Elise first met and how they know so much about evil spirits such as Parker Crane, The Man Who Can't Breathe, Michelle Crane, Keyface, and The Lipstick-Face Demon before making a plan to stop Bughuul from making another Super 8 film.
